Typically black history month celebrates our ancestors, inventors, leaders and of course slavery. One thing I found that isn’t celebrated or reflected on is our sexual history or lived experience. That’s why I’m putting on 3 events to explore and celebrate black erotica.

Shibari Noire. Spank & Wax and Drinks & Kinks.

Shibari Noire is the UKs first and only erotic rope workshop dedicated to people of African and Caribbean heritage.

Spank & Wax offers a place for black people to learn, explore and indulge in the pleasures of spanking.

Drinks & Kinks is an mixer and social event for black kinksters to meet, network and connect with like minded people of African and Caribbean heritage.

So this October explore and celebrate a different aspect of black history
